Forms staff fill out once, not three times.
Convert intake, HR, procurement, and maintenance paperwork into online forms with routed signatures. The completed, signed form files itself into the record it belongs to.
Why this exists
A paper intake packet gets filled out by an applicant, keyed into a system by a clerk, then scanned and filed by a third person. Each step is a chance for a typo, a missing signature, or a form that goes missing between desks. Digital Forms replaces that chain with one online form that captures the data once and routes itself for signature.
How it works
Staff build a form from a library of housing authority templates or start from an existing PDF. The form can be completed by an applicant, a vendor, or an employee, and each field maps directly to the record it belongs to instead of sitting in a separate spreadsheet.
Once submitted, the form routes automatically to whoever needs to sign or approve it next. Signatures are captured electronically, with a timestamped audit trail attached to the document. There is no separate signature tool to reconcile against the file.
Where it plugs in
A completed and signed form is filed directly into the household record, the vendor file, or the HR record it supports, using the same retention and permission rules that govern the rest of ALFO. Staff do not need to remember to move it there afterward.
Built for the forms housing authorities actually use
- Applicant intake, briefing acknowledgments, and lease-up paperwork
- HR onboarding, leave requests, and internal acknowledgments
- Procurement requisitions and vendor W-9 or insurance certificate collection
- Signature status visible on every form so nothing sits waiting unnoticed
