Every contract, searchable by vendor, property, or term.
Vendor agreements, construction contracts, and professional-services engagements stored in one repository, with supporting documents, amendments, and correspondence attached to the contract they belong to.
Why this exists
Contracts tend to live wherever the person who signed them last saved the file: a personal drive, an email attachment, a shared folder with an unclear naming convention. When finance needs to confirm an insurance requirement or legal needs to pull an amendment, the search starts with asking around rather than searching a system.
How it works
Every contract is stored in the repository with structured metadata: vendor name, property or department, contract type, term dates, and dollar value where applicable. Staff search by any of those fields, or search the full text of the contract itself, and pull up the agreement along with every amendment, insurance certificate, and piece of correspondence filed against it.
Because the repository runs on ALFO, the same OCR and enterprise search that covers tenant and department records also covers contracts, so a scanned paper agreement is just as searchable as one drafted digitally.
Where it plugs in
A contract in the repository connects directly to its approval trail in Review & Approval Workflow and its deadline tracking in Renewals & Obligations, so the three pieces read as one record instead of three separate systems.
